Anthem’s creative team and the popular Golden Cannoli Shells, one of the world’s largest and most prestigious Cannoli manufacturing companies, have teamed up to create the World’s Largest Cannoli for The 2011 New England Dessert Showcase!

Weighing in at over 300 pounds, this 12 foot long Cannoli is sure to put even the most seasoned sweet-tooth in a confectionery coma. Every inch of this masterpiece is comprised of homemade ingredients from Golden Cannoli. Over 1,000 two-inch portions will be served up at a suggested donation of $1.00. One-hundred percent of proceeds will be divided equally and donated to Anthem’s local and international philanthropic partners. Leftovers are to be donated to Greater Boston area homeless shelters and soup kitchens immediately following The Showcase.
